Meet Todd Sanderson, BA, CPA, CA, CEPA

As an entrepreneur, chartered professional accountant, and certified exit planning advisor I have over 30 years of experience in helping business owners achieve their exit goals. I partner with my customers to provide them with a laser-focused, hands-on approach that works on their terms. Whether they are looking for a share or asset sale, a limited partnership, an equity raise, or an employee purchase plan, I have the expertise and the network to make it happen.
I have worked with customers in various industries, such as tourism, hospitality, real estate, contracting, franchising, and more. I have also worked with businesses in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, offering them cross-border business solutions. I have extensive knowledge and skills in strategic planning, taxation, financing, valuation, and business turnaround. I have also taught business strategy, accounting, and taxation at Okanagan College, and was a finalist for the City of Kelowna Man of the Year award in 2015. I am passionate about supporting the entrepreneurial community and sharing my insights and experiences.
In my spare time, my wife and I enjoy bicycling, hiking in the backcountry with our corgi, and cooking. I personally enjoy training for triathlons, including open-water swimming and jogging.
